Except it won't, because you already need to show your ID to vote in Wisconsin. The referendum was only to put it in the state's constitution, so it can't easily be undone.

To be even more clear, EVERYBODY that voted in yesterdays election NEEDED to show their ID.

IIRC if the dude online is shipping the gun (any firearm), it needs to go through an FFL, and that requires a background check. Meetups in person do not, though. That is a private sale.
