Hushmail is Canadian and they let you use aliases. It looks a little dated, but the product is solid and their support team is outstanding.
Good for them! It appears the younger generations have no issue standing up for what is right, I applaud them.
Be sure to talk to the medical team at CBS though, if you have a rare(r) blood type, they might prefer your whole blood.
