You don't get the point of those laws and signs. You see. If it's illegal to bring weapons to that area, then you can stop someone BEFORE they start shooting people. There is a really funny video of a proud boy showing up at someone's house to threaten them, but he's very timid and the guy just rips into him and he nopes off.
