It's funny how if I get in a minor collision or if I get my house inspected everyone's quick to "It's totally gone, have to start over, here's a cheque". If we can all see that an aging corporation is rotten to the core the money just pours in.

The people that believe in everything the DOGE has to say are the people that don't understand what data is, how it works, or its extraordinary value. I forget which comedian pointed it out, but a small number of creeps at Facebook know:

  • Where you live
  • Where you go
  • When you go to places and how much time you spend
  • How you likely feel
  • How many devices you have and their specs *Who is related to you and how *Etc.

Now think about friending your aunt. Now they have all of that from her too.

If I told you that was the premise of my new company would you be insisting that other people cast aside their instincts and just join? What do you think their goal is? Because it has plainly NOT been making a better world with healthier people. There are many ways to connect. Being trendy is so... Off trend these days.

Hey. Easy now. We all know AI is only for financial trading, fucking over your employees to avoid severance and maintain control, or porn. That's it.

...which ones?

I have always seen very specific ages in any news article. The fact that someone that had access to the "Federal emergency management agency" and is only confirmed as a "30-something-year-old" (poor grammar by the way) alarms me.

At this point of negative journalism, any company that didn't choose to bend the knee to Trump's lunacy would have been denied. The right hates electric vehicles. The right hates these pesky journalists. The right says they're clever enough to see a grifter. However, when an electric car company run by an un-qualified rich boy from South Afrika utilises the media to inflate their numbers so they can sell more electric cars to the people they betrayed (not their "new customers", they won't buy into electric because of their personal politics) it's all "why have trans people existed for so long?"

Monkeys amongst apes.

"full of fish?" "At this price, yes"

I keep buying cheap toaster ovens. I keep paying the price for it. At least I know my smoke alarms work

I think musk would probably have an issue with the erasure of people's data. America is a zoo with no cages.

I worked for a greenhouse in the Niagara region. We had maybe 2-3 migrant workers at a time and they worked HARD. My boss once said that he would prefer to hire the students from the local horticulture program but he still usually needs a few migrant workers to make sure we get through the season. He then informed me to look closer at the people working the fields around the area. The amount of work being done by migrant workers would simply not get done if they were kicked out. They make up a majority of the labour required so the grocery stores can put 5000 tomatoes on display at a time.

Not to worry, Trump is on it.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely. We can't imagine what it's like to be that obscenely wealthy. Logic would state that it works the other way too. They have very little concept of humanity in general. You and I would be the same if no one in the world could tell us "no". It's a form of psychosis, in my humble opinion.
