I assure you, this is not an irrational fear. A year or so ago, the only German political party with a major presence on tik tok was the afd, a far-right to extremist party.

They still dominate an enormous share of political discourse on this platform. Arguably thanks to help from the platforms creator, but also because they were uncontested. The platform most teenagers use.

And one party might remain on twitter and have a tremendous advantage in reach over all others.

Why bother with a caption if you only repeat the headline?

I think it was due to someone gossiping about that, but yeah that's the only unpleasent background I could find in that article. The paragraph even ends on a positive note.

I just dislike it if people throw around a source as an argument without constructing their argument.

I have read it and it is not clear to me what exactly they wish to say.

Now, personally I don't care but if they were to elaborate on what they mean I would read and maybe understand their argument.
