Depends on how you think about it, if everything working like when you "borrow" stuff from a friend but quickly forget what is whose suits you, then free. In deed, thank you for the correction. In this instance, I meant Linux the way when people mean "GNU/Linux", but yeah, the kernel itself doesn't have that stuff.
Guys, this fight is genuinely made up. Linux LITERALLY has a built in command that is LITERALLY "cat", even fricking arch has it even minimalistically. Please don't make cats and penguins fight, it'd be a needless break of a powerful alliance! TT
