I have the sennhieser hd560s that I adore. Read some reviews beforehand as you might need some sort of amplifier and not everyone likes them- but definitely one for consideration.

I'm not the most travelled person ever but I've always had good experiences at Edinburgh airport. Staffs been lovely and the security has good (relatively) smoothly.
