Why do I get error when try to upload a photo? (lemmy.world)

I gave up trying to upload an actual photo and just took a photo of my dinner because I can’t post without a photo. Why does it keep giving me an error? I’ve tried different image sizes.

I take it there’s no Lemmy app? (lemmy.world)
