Play 1 & 2 again or if you want to get introduced into the series those are the ones to play oh and the Tony Tina spin offs are good.
I'm already contributing by reading about it here!
I guess he's the next Luigi, no conclusive evidence, just a scapegoat, will probably get a perp walk just to show they are still in "control".
