We should use state ballot initiatives to amend the state constitutions of every state that has a ballot initiative process. All US House congressional districts have to have boundaries drawn by an independant non-partisan commision using the shortest splitline algorithm.

We should use every tool at our disposal. We should be irrationally unyielding and exhaustive in our efforts for progress. Leave no avenue untapped.

Yes, and feel free to codify things you take for granted like a state amendment that asserts businesses are not people and they should not have voting rights in any election (yes, this has been implemented before).
