This is pretty much the formal attire / fashion style from Code Geass, for the Brittanian royalty... but made for actual human beings with actual human being proportions/postures.

Maybe not this particular getup but I remember seeing some earthy tone capes that looked a bit like what you'd expect Aragorn or the hobbits to be wearing, but not that similar that it looks like a cosplay, and those looked pretty comfy and practical (didn't drag on the floor).

late XIX early XX military fashion is so cool actually, idk. And this costume in particular is better than a plain classic men's wedding attire anyway. Like, women got all those different cool-looking wedding dresses, different forms, different shapes... And what men got? A plain effing classic suit, the same you'd wear to a business meeting. Yuck.
