This supernatural sounding name is actually the name of a DARPA project where they utilize high end military drones and surveillance cameras to FILM WHOLE CITIES from the sky, giving them the ability to zoom in, rewind, pause and follow any person they want throughout the week. The reason I am sharing this in privacy is because it is a gross violation of the 4th amendment and people on average don't even know this tech exist.

YouTube has a couple of good videos showing the tech being used. So you can fully comprehend the nightmare level that this stuff is at in relation to privacy. If that wasn't enough to have you understand how bad it is. It was inspired and created because the guy who pushed the technology watched "Enemy of the State" and said that would be cool to have in real life.

If you've seen this movie before, you already know why that is a major red flag
