It’d be awesome if California actually passes this and other states follow suit

I think that until we get healthcare reform, we should just let Luigi out after 2 or 3 months, and give him a new target. We've got a reality TV star for a president, so that's a hell of a lot more likely than it should be.

Bad name for an act considering he didn't do it

so much for the presumption of innocence.

not that I would return a guilty verdict for whoever did it, mind you.

I think people going in to comment before April 25th should recommend that they not name it after him. Removing his name from the bill would make it such a great amendment without the trouble that his name would make in getting it passed. This bill has the potential to really make a difference and save a lot of lives, while providing compensation in triplicate it said.

Make the Democrat party put their money where their mouth is and actually pass it. I'm sure he'd be happy just to see it happen.
