More Perfect Union did a video on this a while back. Mobile homes are now basically as expensive as any other house because of this bullshit.

Ban private equity. It accomplishes nothing except moving money around in ways copied from Enron.

It is incredible how categorically caustic PE firms have gotten. They weren’t great before, but nowadays the overt and insane hypercapitalist profit über alles tactics are just gleefully brutal.
