I'd roll this into a Young Avengers/Champions film/series. You can have Clint Barton suffer an injury and have to guide them on their adventure, man in the chair style. Specifically have it be Clint teaching Kate how to be a better leader. You can even have a moment where the Young Avengers all meet up at the Barton family farm like in Age of Ultron.

Loki was a fine show, but it had nothing to do with loki. Hawkeye felt exactly like the hawkeye comics.
