Trump will always terminate trade talks, indefinitely, because he is using tariffs to rob Americans of their tax dollars.
There is no winning or negotiating or agreeing to anything. He will not stop tariffs, they are free money for him.
I think it's simpler than that. He stopped developing around the age of 5 or so. This is like a toddler who crosses their arms and falls to the floor while yelling NO.
