This happened during his first term, dude was prob 6 years younger. Remember "Person. Man. Woman. Camera. TV.?" He was bragging about taking a MOCA lmao. Jokes on him, when asked to name 5 objects, he could only come up with things directly in his field of vision and demonstrated for the world that he might lack object permanence
