She did it the only way anyone could possibly do it: she lied her ass off.
Did they straight up just stack a grand jury this time? They got like two or three grand jury cases thrown out in a row, and now suddenly this one, gets the indictment? Sketchy.
There is a reason she did it alone, and it's because all of the real prosecutors knew it was a bullshit case. Why would a grand jury indict, it makes no fucking sense
Looks like no. It seems the method was straight up lying to them about what Comey said, and even then she could only get 14 of 23 votes. She also couldn't get an indictment for false statements.
The grand jury just determines pc based on what they're given which is chosen by the prosecutor. All the grand jury says is based on x we say there's enough to suggest he may have lied.
What they were shown we do not know but I would suggest that if you give very little evidence and suggest you may have more which is legal in a grand jury you could certainly secure a return. Essentially just be vague as fuck and super selective in your jury.
Doesn't she realize how this could backfire on her in the future? If she can do it, then so can others.
She’s golden. She’s set for life as long as she can actually extract money from Trump. Getting others to pay instead of Trump probably a smart move too.

When Mother Nature throws Trump under the bus (and pity the bus's passengers, running over that bloated carcass), all these people who believe they're forever protected by Trump will be flapping in the wind.
