Because of the global trade war? Or because of their implication in aiding Israel in committing genocide? Or both?
Please don't stop there. We need people to witness this and do like the boycotters abroad are doing.
It's about bullying and exploiting other countries with really high tariffs.
It's about our full support of Israel while they commit a genocide.
It's about our failure to uphold the deal we made with Ukraine to get them to agree to nuclear disarmament.
It's about deciding not to honor contracts made during the last administration, saying that they no longer apply, and allowing the people who benefited from USAID abroad (and tons of federal, formerly dependable paychecks at home) to fall off without even an acknowledgement of wrongdoing, while yelling that anybody who isn't hand-over-fist greedy isn't American.
I've been saying this since he first started campaigning: STOP GIVING HIM STUFF. HE GOES AWAY WHEN YOU STOP LISTENING TO HIM AND GIVING HIM YOUR STUFF.

Another reason is because America is lowering their food safety standards and food from them may kill you

This is why that German waffle chain, Luftwaffles went broke in the 1940s.
To be honest a lot of German brands collaborated or directly worked with the Nazis are still in business today like most german car manufacturers for example. Dr. Oetker comes to mind also.

Major US brands are a good chunk of the reason behind rising anti-American sentiment.
AIPAC is the biggest right now. We need to ban and deport the Israeli lobby.
The American't boycotting will continue until they have their own little-engine-that-could revolution, kick the fascism to the curb, and adjust the perception of their own importance and contributions to the world.
It might even last a little longer than all that. The message must be understood.
I will personally never set foot in that cursed country again in my life.

All the gigantic tech corpos I have to deal with are American. I was having anti american sentiments before the orange dictator, but they sure are at an all time high.
If they only hadn't thrown money at Trumps campaign. And what are they doing now? Kissing his ass and throwing money at him to get on his good side. Totally ignoring that he has none.

Fun fact: there are Canadian companies/products named after American cities: New York Fries, Boston Pizza, Philadelphia cream cheese. These companies must be kicking themselves now

Well, electing a strongman politician while abolishing goodwill programs that project soft power tends to have consequences for your economy. Mostly negative consequences, but hey, at least you get to wear a red ballcap that says your country is the bestest ever and all other countries suck mud, right?

Is there an up to date list of brands and companies that supported trump/maga?
I tried using publicsquare just now to search again but it seems like they took away the ability to do so, probably to stop people from boycotting fascism. And other searches don’t really bring up such lists (mostly just articles talking about the most prominent companies that are well known to have bent the knee).
