I think that must be a hog, but in the snow. Like a mammoth, for elephants. Or a woolly rhino for rhinoceroses. Or a fuzzypotamus for hippos. Or a hairy snail for snails.

Looks like a Mangalica to me. They exist in different colour variations and this seems like the red one. In German they are literally called "wool pigs".
