lol no it doesn't. I've been using Amazon for like 20 years now and I'm using it less and less because Amazon has no idea what competitive pricing means. Everything they do ships free with Prime so they aggressively bake the cost of shipping into all of it.
Amazon will never, ever be able to ship me anything for cheaper than I can drag my lazy ass off to Winco.
