While I don't agree with it, it does not violate instance rules.
starting with obama, the military was actually winding down its numbers and recruitments, even to the point they started to deny enlistees in large numbers, until trump came along he almost reversed it. i was in another forum around that time, about people needing WAIVERS for medical, legal, financial things thats what was happening.

Well, we did ask Afghanistan to turn over the planner, we didn't really want to fight them. But they did want to fight, it seems. There was no excuse for Iraq. And I'm unsure of the other 6 you refer to.
And Saudi Arabia is a terrible ally, in every sense.
