It's fucking psychosis. Yes, they are vain. But they are also in denial. Does anyone actually think that this looks better? If I want to look the best I can, if I'm absolutely obsessed with it enough to get surgery to do so, I am staying far away from whatever the fuck this is because it just looks fucked up. It makes zero sense.
It's kind of a thing we are seeing everywhere these days.
People need to halt on these type of elective procedures. It gets expensive, you all start looking the same, and it's ugly.

Probably has to do with societal conditioning to be stand-out beautiful as a woman, I'm sure everyone feels some type of body dysphoria.
I guess when you have the money, and you see adverts all the time about successful surgery, you fall into the trap and become a victim.
