If I want to look the best I can, if I'm absolutely obsessed with it enough to get surgery to do so, I am staying far away from whatever the fuck this is because it just looks fucked up. Probably has to do with societal conditioning to be stand-out beautiful as a woman, I'm sure everyone feels some type of body dysphoria.
