That really is the rub of it. People who have nothing but care and respect for the woods can't enjoy it now because we can't trust someone with their cigarette butt/joint roach.

We can't fix stupid. Most problems we have are people-oriented, which means we cannot trust people to be responsible at this time, 'especially in the dry wooded area.' The answer is simple: abide by the rules; it's in everyone's best interest. End of story!
