I'm disappointed they didn't have him wearing a diaper.
With so much to make fun of him for, it kind of feels tacky to punch down on people that have to wear diapers to me, idk. I don’t think we should make fun of people for medical conditions, that’s a quick slide into making fun of people with disabilities etc.
But on the other hand he’s obviously insecure about it and I’m on board with bullying trump about anything he’s insecure about, so I’m stuck in this ethical quandary here.
There's a dozen things that you shouldn't reasonably make fun of. Balding, obesity, swollen ankles, micropenises, incontinence, dementia, and so on. But it's Trump. If I could think up a slight about him breathing air, and it really pissed him off, I would totally share it.

On one hand, this is pretty 'leopards ate my face.' On the other hand, I fully expect them to get their pound of flesh, and then some on this issue.
Update: 9 minutes into this episode. Yup. I approve.
They certainly aren’t blameless in the story of how we got to where we are now, but I do appreciate and think it’s commendable that these two have realized the danger we’re in and changed their tune. It’s not exactly on brand for them to portray anyone real as outright evil besides Streisand and Saddam. Debatably John Edwards
Granted I haven’t watched the show since right before Randy started selling weed so maybe I’m remembering South Park wrong
