"Comsumers have not engaged so far" no shit, the chemicals are part of the delicious forbidden flavor. I don't buy fucking Doritos for health, they're highlighter orange triangles that try to choke you to death while you eat them. The coloring serves as a warning about their danger.

So they’ll just bring the EU variants to the US is what I gather from this.

I think I missed the part where they said this will all come at no cost to consumers... I'm sure it's just an oversight.

To be fair I also took it with the artificial dyes and flavors

As long as it's priced the same people who buy it they won't care. Just same exact packaging but with no dyes in them? No problem. Hell most people don't look at their chips they just reach in a bag pull it out and stuff it straight into their fat faces. However if it's like a different separate item and a different price it's not going to do well.

You say that, but I like to take a moment and savor that extra-orange chip so I can prepare myself to revel in the additional flavor when I stuff it into my fat face. Now I'm going to be occasionally pleasantly surprised when I get an extra one while being mostly disappointed when I don't get them or, even worse, eat those blessed chips with a bunch of their inferior ilk and waste the experience altogether.
