heat is the worst. theres only so little clothing i can get away with in public and even then some days need a fan on 24/7 if im not to be drenched.

I actually like the heat and live in a desert lol, but I still complain about it
Dry heat is absolutely fine. Find some water and shade and you're set. I'll wear jeans in 90 degree heat no problem. 90 and humid though? If my house was burning I'd probably think twice about going outside.
Depending on the day, the fire might cool off the apartment lmao
I can never figure out which one I hate more. I’m pretty sure I hate the heat more.
That's the great/terrible thing about parts of the U.S this time of year! You can do both in the same day! You can watch as the alerts for burn risk due to low humidity and high temperatures pops up alongside the freeze warning for the night.
It's just the best! I fucking hate it! You stay in layers until the sudden onset of heatstroke. You get to feel like the Mad Hatter is in control of the thermostat, always ready to change layers.
The heat gets so bad here that I am practically dreading living half the year. I'm so thankful for winter months though. I love the snow and being able to play on my PC to heat my room up from the cold easily. I feel like I can barely game and do much in summer/spring because of all the extra heat my GPU puts off...
I'm living in Darwin and I'm absolutely cooking. I need to be in air conditioning from about 11am to 5pm.
You can take warm clothing with you outside but you can't take an air conditioner outside. It's definitely easier and cheaper to say warm.
