That she wants to keep her party together at all costs, including the wingnuts.
Maybe she's anti-vaxx herself as well, I don't know, it's hard to tell.
That woman is batshit crazy and needs to get out of politics ASAP.
The people have an opportunity to remove her every 4 years, more or less. Hopefully enough of them have the good sense to do so. That won't solve the problem of how she got in in the first place.
Yes, she is shit. The only bright spot is that her government feels like it could fall apart any time.
