Bonus: "If only the tsar knew". This one is not exclusively fascist, but usually something similar is invoked by some older people in former fascist countries who claim that their dear leader did not know what was being done in his name. And russia today too.
Maga is nested inside misogyny. His wife's problems are subordinate to his political allegiance. He probably things that trump will recompense the loss of his wife.

Given his non-WASP name, he’d be under constant pressure to demonstrate that he’s one of The Good Ones. Being the most loyal Trumpist even as his loved ones are fed to the gators is part of that.

You guys are thinking about this wrong. They don't like their wives. He considers this a win.
There has never been a single shred of evidence that Trump supporters view women as human beings who matter.

At this point he's probably hoping his unwavering support for Trump will translate to some kind of pardon for his wife. He apparently hasn't realized those are going for over $1 million now.
