We did two group shroom trips with my friend who died of cancer earlier this month. They did help with the weight and anxiety of it, I think for all of us. But it only softened the blow a bit, took some of the edge off and allowed us to focus more in the remaining months on new experiences and thoughts rather than ruminating.

They tried ketamine a few times on his deathbed but I think he was on too much morphine to benefit from that.

I take waaaay more than that for a single trip and it has definitely not relieved my depression for two years. Maybe I should try getting cancer first.

I refuse to read the article as an experienced shroom user. Sounds like one of the dumbest things I've ever heard
