Nothing against Linux, but have you ever tried RiscOS on something objectively slow like an Raspberry Pi 3? It feels just freakishly fast and responsive...

And it is designed as an dedicated desktop OS, it's not something that in it's core still thinks that it is running on a PDP11 and talking to teletypes ;-)

Idk I honestly prefer Linux as a desktop OS to Windows and/or MacOS because it thinks it's running on a PDP11 and talking to teletypes. It might be primitive and maybe I lack the imagination but I appreciate the predictability of it.
