Okay. This did happen but the headline makes it seem like the marines are out in LA knocking heads. They were guarding federal property when the guy crossed the yellow line after being told not to. Dude was on his way to the V. A.

They were within their rights to protect the federal building. As shitty and it is. It seems out of proportion.

Don't let the downvotes get to you.

A lot of people are really angry and scared, and they'll take that anger out on anyone that gives them a convenient lightning rod.

I also read the article. I know you're telling the truth. They treated the man fairly. It was just... It's something for news to yell and scream about to rile everyone up and make people more and more afraid.

Keep telling the truth and sharing the truth when you see it.

It will help some of the tension de-escalate.
