Macron should stop saying it himself and at the very least pay one of the other leaders to say it. Everyone knows France has a huge interest in that market and every time Macron says stuff like this he sounds like Stan from Monkey Island.
That said, I am 100% with him, also because both Germany and Italy also have a growing interest in making this happen.
