They can't have a sign language interpreter because that would be DEI.

They can just hit a white dude in a MAGA hat to flip the bird at the room. It’ll be a fairly accurate translation of whatever they’re saying.

I’m not trying to be an asshole and I’m not even referencing this situation specifically. But why is there a requirement for sign language interpreter when closed captioning exists? Again, I’m just genuinely curious, not trying to offend anyone.

At a guess, closed captions can't really be done live nearly as well. Also, can't have those if you're there IRL
