The Japanese garden there is also amazing for anyone who has the opportunity to visit.

If I could momentarily be a douchebag for a good cause: I've been to Japan and visited gardens there, and when I saw this photo I thought it was a photo from a place I've been in Japan, so this garden seems pretty legit to me! Beautiful!
It’s widely regarded as the most authentic garden outside of Japan!
This looks quite similar to the Japanese Gardens in Seattle! I didn't realize there were more in the PNW, I might have to do a trip down to Portland to check it out.
And I didn’t know Seattle had some too! I gotta check this out!
That is beautiful! Thank you for sharing
Pretty sure that’s the park my rental car was broken into, ahh good times.
It's wild to me that I've lived in the area and been all around the park that surrounds these gardens but I have never been inside. The price just never seemed worth it.
Ah, I maintain a membership for me and my spouse because it’s something we both cherish immensely.
I think, if you wanted to try to go inside for free, both Multnomah County Library and Washington County Library have cultural passes for the Japanese Garden that you could borrow!
