I posted about similar post before, but I feel like this may need to be posted every once in a while since some people may not see it or just need a reminder.

Posting this for those doom scrollers or anyone who’s been kinda terminally stuck online recently.

Everyone, it’s alright to be stressed out and trying to keep up with everything going on. I get it, with extreme anxiety I am fully aware of how this kind of stuff can quickly consume you. But it’s important to take breaks. Stop doom scrolling, stop hyper fixation on the news, and just breathe. Take a breath and let your mind take in that sweet, sweet oxygen. You don’t have to completely break away from the news, or stop caring about other people, but you can’t do those things if you’re constantly running on fumes.

Take a break, and relax for a bit when you’re not protesting. You’re allowed to take a step back and improve your mental health. We’ve got millions of people going at this. You can disappear for a couple hours to watch a movie read a book, or whatever. It’s marathon, not a sprint.

Keep getting into good trouble, breathe, and make sure to take care of yourself.
