Rage bait title...

The dude 'changed his gender' after getting caught and charged. He murdered a woman. He shouldn't be around other women in jail as he's poses a danger to them. Let him be with other male criminals who can handle him if/when he acts out in prison.

This is the only sensible thing to do. I doubt this guy has ever once mentioned he was female prior to him being charged.

Since most wont dig for it, here is the original article to back your statements up. He is not a Trans Woman, he is a deplorable monster trying to game a system and it couldn't be more obvious. Especially when one considers this was a Murder/Suicide where the killer survived.

There is a reason why such a heavy decision was made in this case and it isn't because he was believable.
