Great. Now let’s see how he plans on enforcing that or what he plans on doing when Trump essentially tells him to go fuck himself.

I figure after being ignored about half a dozen or so times, this judge will follow the time-honored tradition of scheduling hearings a few months from now in order to discuss the possibility of holding a hearing about whether or not some low-level lackey should be held in a contempt of court charge that this judge also can’t enforce.

The judicial can only do so much. Congress being readily complicit makes this all much more difficult to combat.

I understand your point, but here's where I have the problem.

All the judges are doing are issuing a bunch of empty threats in the form of contempt citations that they can't even really enforce, while Trump basically makes fools out of the lot of them by ignoring their orders, saying 'what the fuck are you gonna do about it', and basically laughing when they blink and do nothing.

At this point, the judiciary has been made to look like a laughing stock. And they're going to continue to look like a laughing stock until they at least try to do something above and beyond holding hearings months down the road and threatening contempt charges they can't even enforce. They need to actually hold people in contempt. Not just threaten to. They need to say "You will be held in contempt of court until I am given a satisfactory answer". "You ordered his illegal deportation. You will be held in contempt until he is back on US soil."

Something. Anything. Yes, it's very likely Trump will just issue pardons and have them out of jail before lunch, but for the love of fuck make him do it. Trump continues trying to shove his dick in their mouths, and right now, the courts' response is to simply start sucking. They need to at least try to bite.
