Sure, but they aren’t the people who were there centuries ago… those people are long dead. And anyway the Cree themselves weren’t the original settlers of Alberta, they expanded westward because of the fur trade and took a lot of land from the Blackfoot, Stoney and Dene people….

The Cree have no more right to the land than anyone else born in Alberta.

I mean, you can state that, but you haven't actually supported it. And that's before you get into the fact our legal system says they do.
