Who would downvote this amazing song? It's agreeing with you that he's up all night to get lucky.

Because ACAB definitely includes Russian cops. That's my reasoning, at least. I can't speak for anyone else.

Hey Russian cops are alright, you just need to always have cash on hand.

Okay if you run into one that doesn't want your money, then you might be fucked. All in all they're up there with American cops.
