I'm calling it, he's going to say the same about the requirements to use the metric system.
Also, why does he care about trade barriers? I thought his goal was to economically isolate the US from the rest of the world. It sure is what all his actions and measures have been best at accomplishing so far.
He wants to isolate is, but we can't isolate him! I guess if you get your head far enough up your own arse it makes sense?
