We are having a record number of solar going up....mostly cause PGE are right bastards.
We also have had a LOT of rain lately which has helped out with the hydroelectric in 2024-2025. And more and more cars are electric. Regardless of where they come from and who owns them, it does help our climate/pollution reduction.
Heres a question, what is the "dumbest" electric car money can buy? I dont want something that has a ton of features, just go A to B with little fuss. My old honda is super dependable and gas prices are mostly stable, so im not inclined to get anything at the moment.
I can't answer you for EVs, but according to Consumer Reports, hybrids are still the most reliable cars https://www.consumerreports.org/cars/car-reliability-owner-satisfaction/electric-vehicles-are-less-reliable-than-conventional-cars-a1047214174/
