So the lower level people in Biden's DoJ were covering up for pedophiles, and the leadership appointed by Biden didn't know?

I am trying to understand the model that libs are running on where Biden's DoJ protected a pedophile ring that only included the political opposition. I can understand the rest of the dems believing that the DoJ didn't have anything, and sure, I could imagine leadership being so incompetent they didn't look themselves, but someone at some point read the shit we are seeing and decided to act like there was nothing there.
Somehow Biden covered this all up and hes a master genius while popping blood vessels in his eye and saying we'll defeat medicare, and its fine to cover up pedophiles in the vague hope it brings Trump down in 5 years.
It's magic levels of thinking from libs.
It doesn't require Biden himself do anything.
I think its as simple as people within the admin who knew it would damage their own party too advising against doing a real investigation, DoJ has limited resources, etc.
I mean they didn't stop Trump on purpose, so it makes sense.
