Funny. Another guy who was considered an extreme danger to the community (Durham Region), because he was a violent rapist, was also said to be a danger to kids.

He was arrested, released, arrested, released several times, as if he suddenly became a law abiding citizen in between.

Our justice system benefits criminals more than it protects everyone else.

Release should only be considered if the person is deemed to not longer be a threat to society. In that sense, sentencing shouldn't be based on a predetermination timeframe.
