The hospital will help anyone at the ER, maybe hand your wallet to a friend so you don't even need to give them any real personal info if you're that afraid of debt.

The hospital near my house has a HORRIBLE track record of letting people die in the waiting room.

They do have wheelchairs and ramps that are reasonably well maintained
