I'd leave, but there's too many people here I care about who I'd be leaving behind. Hundreds of millions of them.
I occilate between "like Benjimam Franklin getting support overseas", Peter Kotlin asking "What if ever person that wanted change fought for it instead of running to find isolation to avoid conflict", and "sometimes survival is enough".
I assume you meant Peter Kropotkin's Advice To Those About To Emigrate, because that letter also solidified my own feelings on the matter.
But yeah if I were being actively targeted by the state for some kind of criminalization, I'd opt for my own safety first.
