Iโ€™ll have to Check out some teviews. I used to have the Bose quiet comfort at work and i bought a pair for myself after leaving. The noise cancellation and mic sound quality are pretty good. Would be interested how these stack up.

Same. When my Sony XM5 die, I want to replace them with these, but only if ANC and sound quality are as least as good.

Likewise interested to know how they compare. I have a now ancient pair of QC 35 IIs and they were replaced under warranty from original QC35s - sadly the charging connector now has a fault where something in the circuitry stays active, the charging light stays on all the time and it drains the battery quite quickly compared to how it used to. Itโ€™s not the power switch. Just one board as a spare part is very expensive so I just live with reduced battery life.

I guess thatโ€™s the faults these should solve - if a replacement connector or board is sensibly priced then youโ€™d fix them rather than having to manage as-is, or worse, recycling.
