Oh no, how unexpected. Who would think that the interests of capital and imperialism would take precedent over the wellbeing of the people in Canada?
How does this affect the wellbeing of people in Canada (except to provide them with jobs?)
Don't sell weapons to people that have threatened you is a generally good rule of thumb
