Did you miss the whole debacle of "we'll never cave without ACA subsidies being extended" immediately preceding caving without extended ACA subsidies? That's far from the only example of such behavior. In fact, I'd say the only anamoly in that situation was the strong stance Dems took before reverting to their usual cowardly selves.
All I see is that you guys complain that democrats don’t fight back against trump and the moment one does, you guys tear them down and shit on them. I see Trump being a dictator and you guys still blaming democrats, the Dems you refused to vote for. All I saw was you guys demand the old white man step down, and the moment you saw him replaced with a black woman you all went “eeew I rather have trump” And these posts just say “I still prefer trump”
The people you're talking about in this post are all different people with different points of view. You're the only one combining them into a single nebulous idea of a person.
Im ok with combining all Americans into a single nebulous moron, i accept that
Spot-fucking-on!
TBF... it's looking like there will in fact be a vote to extend, which will likely pass thanks to some R that are not fully MAGA
am I missing this article, last I heard, trump was talking about extending the cuts... followed by Mike Johnson saying no we aren't interested in that at all.
Which then I guess further follows up the question, does Mike Johnson even need to bring it up to a vote at all? Like hypothetically even if they whip the votes and get 10 republicans to defect... would anything actually force johnson to bring it to a vote at all?
My gift, fellow Fedizen
