The rest of the list are not slam dunk charges against being president, but violation of emoluments is. I don't understand how Trump is still in power.

Doesn't matter which ones are illegal or indictable. It's about decency. Most of these just prove he is a horrible human being that shouldn't be able to win any election anywhere.

His political career should have been over about 10 minutes after it started. Just proves how many Americans are horrible human beings. And I say that as an American. We've lost our way.

I agree, but I'm making the exact opposite point. No matter who is in the office of the president, it should be obvious when to apply the emoluments clause and remove them.
